2018: Entered four games off the bench for the Javelinas...Drew one walk in four plate appearances and scored a run.

2017: In her freshman campaign, Thacker started in ten games and appeared in 18...recorded six hits and four runs while adding an RBI...at the catchers position, she gathered 42 putouts, six assists, and one error for a .980 fielding percentage. 

High School: Attended Byron P. Steele II HS where she made the Academic All-District 2013-2016. Thacker was Unanimous 1st Team All-District Catcher for 2015 and 2016, MVP in 2016 and Offensive Player of the Year in 2013 and 2015. Graduated Cum-Laude with a 99.6 GPA and was an area gold medalist in the 2016 Visual Arts Scholastic Event.

Personal: Hobbies of Amanda include art, henna tattooing and playing with her dogs. She enjoys comedy movies as well as pop and country music. She is one of two daughters for Jim and Gretchen Thacker. Her sisters name is Morgan.
