Biography
High School: Four-year letterwinner at Alice High School in Alice, TX… as a team the Coyotes garnered a 3rd place District Cross Country Award in 2012 and an Academic Octathlon State Champions title… individually Omar achieved 3rd place at state in the Academic Octathlon and the All-State Academic for cross country… he also participated in football, swimming and diving, soccer, and track and field… he was also awarded Swimming MVP and held the title as Captain of the swim team in 2013 and he was awarded All-State Academic for swimming and diving and track and field.
Personal: Born on February 13, 1995… son of Joel and Sandra Gonzalez… has two siblings, Hector Ruiz and Sima Silva… currently in studies of EC-12 Kinesiology.
