2016 (Sr.): hit .256 with 3 home runs, 5 doubles, and 43 runs scored... he played in 48 games starting in 36 of them most of the time in the outfield... he went 5-for-5 with 2 RBI and 4 runs scored against Eastern New Mexico (Mar. 19)... scored in 13 consecutive games (Feb. 9-Mar. 19) scoring multiple runs in 5 of those games... he was fifth on the team in regards to on base percentage at .409... he was also thrid on the team with 43 runs scored... was tied for second on the team in walks with 26 on the year... and he was forth on the team in stolen bases with 7.


2015 (Jr.): All-Lone Star Conference second team outfielder… hit .323 with two home runs, 19 RBI and 10 stolen bases in 47 games, 41 starts… eleven multi-hit games… went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo shot in win over No. 10 Southern Arkansas (Feb. 7)… second long ball of season was a solo bomb in win against Texas College (Feb. 20)… went 2-for-5 with a double and RBI versus Steers (Feb. 21)… 3-for-4 after coming in as a pinch hitter at Houston-Victoria (March 4)… two runs scored at Cameron (March 8)… went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a double in victory versus Eastern New Mexico (March 14), followed with a perfect 2-for-2 performance with two runs scored against the Greyhounds (March 15)… 3-for-3 with two RBI and a stolen base against No. 13/6 Angelo State (March 22)… three-hit, two-RBI performance at West Texas A&M (April 4)… scored three runs at No. 20/27 St. Mary’s (April 7)… 2-for-2 with a triple, two runs and two RBI at Eastern New Mexico (April 17)… three runs and two hits in series victory at ENMU (April 18)… finished regular season 3-for-3 with two RBI in sweep of Tarleton State (Mary 2) to give the Javelinas back-to-back LSC crowns.
 
Southeastern CC: Member of the Southeastern Community College baseball team… hit .306 as a freshman and .296 as a sophomore… team advanced to the JUCO World Series in 2014.
 
High School: Lettered as a member of the baseball and football teams at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School… all-state baseball player and earned all-conference honors on the gridiron.
 
Personal: Born Oct. 27 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa… son of Mark and Tammy Carlson… dad played collegiate hockey at Massachusetts-Lowell and was a coach at UMass-Lowell… Mark is now head coach and general manager of the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders… has an older brother, Dustin, who plays baseball at Long Island-Brooklyn… business finance major.
