Biography
2022: Appeared in 30 matches during her senior year, logging 17 wins...Started April with six wins in her first seven matches...Made the all-tournament team at the Texas A&M-Kingsville Invitational after going 4-0 at the event...Went 4-2 at nationals, including victories in her last two matches over Saint Leo and Palm Beach Atlantic...Downed seven Division I opponents, including UAB and Stephen F. Austin.
2021: Joined forces with Olivia Nicholson in the No. 1 flight for all 28 matches...List of victories included takedowns of pairs from Stephen F. Austin on 2/27, A&M-Corpus Christi on 3/10 and Lousiana-Monroe on 3/20.
2020: Played every match in the No. 1 spot paired with Tenley Housler, wrapping up the year with a mark of 7-5...Came from behind to score wins over Missouri Baptist on Feb. 21st and Stephen F. Austin on Feb. 22nd...Helped the Javs top Nebraska with a three-set victory on Feb. 28th.
Blinn College: Chosen to the all-conference squad in each of her two seasons at Blinn...Named conference setter of the year in 2018.
High School: A three-time district MVP while at Goliad High School...Chosen as the all-area MVP in 2015 and 2016...Also an all-state selection in 2015 and 2016...Helped Goliad capture a state title in 2016...She also competed in basketball, track and field and softball in high school...Played club volleyball for the Corpus Christi Force and TexStar.
Personal: Daughter of Jack and Jessica Morris...Majoring in Sports Management.
