In 2013: Aguilar played in 41 games with 23 starts in centerfield. The outfielder .262 with 12 runs scored and six runs batted in. In all, Aguilar had six multi-hit games and finished fifth on the team with 10 stolen bases and third with five sacrifice bunts. He posted a season-best four hits in the series finale at Angelo State as he 4-of-5 with two runs scored and an RBI. Aguilar drove in a pair of runs against Abilene Christian at Minute Maid Park in the season’s third game.

In 2012: Aguilar started 26 times in the outfield and entered as a reserve in 13 other games. He finished second on the team with 29 steals. He tied for first in sac bunts with six and was fourth in runs scored with 30. Aguilar had four, 2-hit games and a two RBI at ACU in the first game of a doubleheader.

In 2011: Aguilar appeared in 16 games for the Javelinas, mostly as a pinch runner. He scored six times and stole three bases in that role.

High School: Aguilar earned Honorable Mention all-district honors at second base for Churchill High School as a senior. He was named Academic all-district and Academic All- State in football. He led CHS to the state quarterfinals as a senior. He was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Aguilar is the son of Moses and Michelle Aguilar and is studying Kinesiology. His grandfather, Moises Aguilar, was drafted and played in the Pittsburgh Pirates farm system. His father played collegiate baseball.
