As A Junior In 2013: Offill is one of two returning Javelinas to have appeared in and started every game a season ago. She finished the season with a .204 including a season-best 3-of-5 performance in the season finale in which she posted two doubles against Angelo State. She had her first career home run at Midwestern State. Offill finished the season with five multi-hit games with seven runs batted in and 17 runs scored. She was third on the team with 14 walks, second with five sacrifice hits and four steals. Defensively, the rising senior had 128 putouts and 75 assists.

As A Sophormore In 2012: In her first season as a Javelina, Bailey Offill made 22 starts at second base. She hit .254 with 16 hits and 7 RBI.

In Junior College: Offill played one season at McLennan as a second baseman... She helped lead the Highlassies to the NJCAA World Series where the team eventually finished ninth overall... She hit .248 with 19 runs, 16 walks and a .331 on-base percentage.

High School: Offill was a four-year varsity letterman in both softball and basketball at Van Alstyne High School. She was a three-time all-district and academic all-district infielder. As a senior, she hit .427 with 30 RBI’s and 19 steals en route to earning District 10-3A Co-Defensive Player of the Year and Second Team All-Texomaland honors. She was a four-time all-district performer in basketball, team MVP as a senior and was a member of the National Honor Society. She was named the Van Alstyne Athletic Booster Club Athlete of the Year as a senior.

Personal: Offill is the daughter of Chris and Sherri Offill. She is studying education with a minor in special education.
