Kingsville - One semester after placing a record 202 Javelinas onto the Lone Star Conference's Commissioner's Honor Roll, Texas A&M-Kingsville finished the spring semester with 191 student-athletes receiving the honor.

Among the 191 Javelinas named to the list are 69 who held a 4.0 GPA during the semester. TAMUK finished third among LSC institutions, and had just two fewer honorees than Lubbock Christian (193), who had the second most. UT-Tyler led all LSC institutions with 211.
The Commissioner's Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and the spring semesters with student-athlete qualification based on the grade point average for the specified semester. To be eligible for the recognition, students must have a minimum 3.30 grade-point average for the semester and be on the institution's sport roster or assist with the athletic training, athletic performance or sports information staffs. Qualifying students for the spring 2026 semester are submitted by their LSC institution.
Participants in all 19 LSC championship sports, three non-conference NCAA sports, and students assisting with athletic training, athletic performance and sports information are included among the honorees.
