KINGSVILLE, Texas – The Texas A&M-Kingsville Women's Basketball Team prepares for the second coming of the saints as St. Edwards is first up in a two-game road trip with the Hilltoppers and St. Mary's Rattlers. TAMUK swept at home against both squads last time out getting the best of the Hilltoppers 61-53 and besting the Rattlers 64-56. Tip off will be slated for 5:30 PM CT in Austin, Texas at the St. Edward's Recreation and Athletics Center.

The Javelinas (8-12, 4-9 LSC) are heading into Thursday's matchup after taking down the Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds 62-56. The Javelinas outshot the Greyhounds on all fronts shooting 52.2% from the field to ENMU's 38.5%. 27.8% from three to ENMU's 23.8%, as well as having 18 Assists to ENMU's 9. They also were lock down defensively having six steals and two blocks.

St. Edward's (7-11, 4-8 LSC) comes into Thursday on a two-game skid dropping to the UT-Permian Basin Falcons and Angelo State Rambelles. Last time out the Hilltoppers dropped to the Rambelles 68-76 after shooting 36.7% from the field and 16.7% from three, Trailing ASU in both categories.

The Javelinas and Hilltoppers have met 15 times dating back to the 2012-13 season. The Hilltoppers lead the all-time matchup 11-4.
