• The Rattlers took a split last week with a win over Texas Woman's and a loss to Tarleton to move to 9-10 on the year, 8-7 in the LSC
• Soteria Banks continues to lead StMU with an 18.0 scoring average at a 42.6% clip
• Banks has started all 19 games and averages 33.7 minutes per contest along with 4.5 rebounds per game
• She'll have help from Hannah Wilson who is averaging 9.7 points and 9.4 rebounds per game on a 52.1% rate from the floor
• The Hilltoppers also took a split with a loss to the Texans and a win over the Pioneers to move to 12-8 overall, 8-7 in league action
• Deijah Blanks leads SEU with a blistering 20.2 scoring average on a 45.7% clip
• She is also averaging 4.8 rebounds per game after starting all 20 contests, but only sees action on the floor for 27.9 minutes per outing
• D'aviyon Magazine and Charli Becker will assist her with a 7.7 and 7.3 scoring average, respectively
• Sammie Dufek leads all players at 7.0 rebounds per game
Run It Back  Â
• The Javelinas took a split with a hard-fought 54-50 win over Midwestern State in Wichita Falls, Texas, but fell to Cameron on the backend of the weekend matchups at 68-50
• Upton led all scorers in the game against the Mustangs with 14 points on a 4-for-8 clip to go with four rebounds and two assists

Treazure Mouton added 13 points while
Anastacia Mickens rounded out the trio with 12 points and eight rebounds

Bri-Anna Soliz posted her best rebounding game of the year with 12 in the win, five of which came on the offensive glass
• Mickens followed up on Saturday against the Aggies by matching her season-high of 15 points on a 7-for-10 clip to go with seven rebounds
• Soliz added 11 rebounds for her second straight game grabbing double-digit boards

Madison Lucas got the start in place of
Jalynn Johnson and responded with five points, four assists, three rebounds and two steals in the loss
Get Back on Defense  Â
• The Javelinas held the Patriots to 38 points in the win on January 9, the ninth time in program history TAMUK held opponents to fewer than 40 points
• It is the third time in the last four seasons the Javelinas held an opponent to fewer than 40 points after limiting Chadron to 37 in 2018-19 and 35 to East Central in 2016-17
• The fewest points allowed came in the inaugural season in 1977-78 with a 48-27 win over St. Mary's
• TAMUK held the Rattlers to two points in the first quarter on January 18, the lowest total allowed from an opponent all year
• In total, the Javelinas have held opponents to fewer than 10 points in a quarter on 14 separate occasions, the most recent being nine points allowed against Midwestern State on January 30
Seeing Double  Â
• There have been two double-doubles on the year so far for the Javelinas

Jalynn Johnson recorded both of them with exactly 11 points and 10 rebounds on two separate occasions
• Her first double-double came against UAFS on November 23 and she matched the feat against UT Permian Basin on December 19
• TAMUK recorded six double-doubles as a team in 2018-19, with
Bri-Anna Soliz posting the most at four, most recently 15 points and 13 rebounds against Cameron on February 28
