KINGSVILLE, Texas (Women's Basketball) – Texas A&M University-Kingsville (3-2, 0-1 LSC) hosts its first Lone Star Conference home contest to begin the month of December as the Javelinas welcome Texas Woman's University (5-1) to the Gil E. Steinke Physical Education Center-Kingsville Hampton Inn Court Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Pioneers are No. 6 in the Division II Medial Poll sponsored by Division II Sports Information Directors of American South Central Region, while the Javelinas received four votes.

Joslyn Smith pulled down eight of her 10 rebounds on the offensive glass in her first start of the season (Jan. 21 in Denton, Texas) in the 57-40 loss.

A WIN WOULD
- Be A&M-Kingsville's first win versus Texas Woman's since Feb. 9, 2013.
- Give the Hogs their first conference victory since March 1, 2014. That win was an 83-67 defeat of Angelo State University.
