KINGSVILLE, Texas (Women's Basketball) – Tee Moore's player card was scattered across all categories Sunday as the senior drained three triples and finished with 12 points, four steals, four assists and four rebounds in the 67-50 Texas A&M University-Kingsville (1-1) loss to the University of Tampa (1-1) inside the Gil E. Steinke Physical Education Center-Kingsville Hampton Inn Court.
Moore was 3-of-9 from beyond-the-arc to lead the Hogs and

However, the Spartans were able to connect on 50 percent of their three-pointers, led by Morgan Lumb, who came off the bench to lead all players with 17 points on 4-of-6 shooting from three-point range.

First Period
The Javelinas ended the opening quarter with a 13-12 lead with seven points coming off Tampa turnovers. After the Spartans began with the game's first five points, A&M-Kingsville went on a 10-0 run to take a five-point lead with 5:48 remaining.
Second Period
The Spartans dominated the second quarter, outscoring the Hogs 16-4 on 50 percent shooting. The Javelinas went just 1-of-12 from the field in the second to head into the locker room trailing 28-17.
Third Period
Tampa began the second half with a three-pointer but the Javelinas answered back with six points to cut their deficit to eight with 6:43 left to play. However, UT was red hot from long distance and ended the period with five triples and a 19-point lead.
Fourth Period
Moore scored six points in the fourth and A&M-Kingsville outscored Tampa 19-17 in the final 10 minutes. The Javelinas ended their opening weekend 1-1 and continue their 2016-17 season tomorrow.

Texas A&M-Kingsville will head to San Antonio to battle St. Mary's University (2-0) tomorrow at 6 p.m. before concluding the brief road trip with an exhibition at the University of Texas-San Antonio Wednesday at 7 p.m.
