Will Chayer was one of the key cogs in a Javelina defense that held Cameron to 28.6 percent shooting and a 54.5 scoring average during a weekend in which TAMUK picked up a pair of wins over the Aggies. In a 78-46 victory on Friday, the Hogs stifled their guests to the tune of a season-low 21 percent clip from the floor and Chayer blocked two shots while grabbing seven rebounds. The next day, the junior from Corpus set a career-high with 21 points to go with nine boards, two more rejections and a steal while Cameron was limited to 36 percent shooting in a 77-63 Javelina win. For the week, Chayer led his team in rebounding and blocked shots and shot 75 percent from the field while averaging 11.5 points per game.
