Over on the gridiron, Semanat snagged his team-leading third interception of the year in a 13-7 defeat at the hands of Western Oregon and returned it 31 yards for the lone score for the Blue and Gold.

The San Antonio native made a leaping one-handed grab in WOU territory and had to dodge a handful of defenders on his way to the pick-six. Semanat also had five tackles in the game, three solo, and has 17 tackles to his name in 2018.
