June 15, 2012 - Valley Social Hour Honoring Roberto Garza
Javelina Athletics will be honoring former football and track star and current Chicago Bear Roberto Garza for his induction into the Lone Star Conference Hall of Honor. Guest speakers include Garza, TAMUK President Dr. Steve Tallant and Athletic Director Kenneth Oliver. It will take place in Harlingen at the Reese located at 202 First Avenue. June 16, 2012 - Third Annual Javelinas on the Border Golf Classic
A 4-person scramble at the Rancho Viejo Country Club between Harlingen and Brownsville. Cost is $100 per person with reservations due by June 11.
