INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Baseball) – No. 25/22 Texas A&M University-Kingsville (34-17) received the No. 5 seed in the upcoming NCAA Division II South Central Region tournament and will take on second-seeded St. Edward's University in the opening round.
The Javelinas were one of three Lone Star Conference teams to receive a bid as No. 3 Angelo State University will battle No. 4 and LSC Tournament Champions West Texas A&M University in the opening round. The other matchup pits host and No. 1 Colorado Mesa University versus Lubbock Christian University.
